16 something

Well the scales said 16 something this morning....like that....away from the 17....hopefully I can keep it up.

Good day food wise yesterday. Had rice and kung po chicken for lunch and some cheesy pasta for dinner.

Also had a dentist appointment yesterday. Escaped the root canal, thank god! Still not a lot of fun. One mega deep filling and the other tooth prepped for a crown. It's still sore...ouch!

Made my lovely frittata for lunch today and had fruit and yoghurt for brekkie. Just had some more fritatta with some chips.....and a greggs pecan swirl for desert.....and finished it off with a wee rocky road for good measure....oh dear....I should really go for a walk, but its blowing a gale out there and my mouth is still sore....not sore enough to stuff my face lol.

The real challenge still lies ahead.....the weekend!

Day 2

It's my 2nd day back on plan....so far, so good. Had the same food as yesterday, obviously besides the tablet lol.....however I'm munching on a wee pack of choco pops just now. But been really good at work today, luckily it was nobodys birthday, leaving do, wedding or whatever lol.....lets just hope, nothing crops up this week.

It's group night tomorrow, will be going, but not getting weight....

Haven't walked today and yesterday, lazy cow that I am....Thursday, hopefully it stays dry and I will defo go out.

A new beginning

Well, after being a complete pig the last few weeks and engorging in mucho mucho naughtyness....I'm finally getting my backside back into gear. I've still got two weigh ins holiday, so it gives me two weeks to loose what I've gained. I weight myself this morning....17st 1 lb.....disgusting....I can't believe I've let myself get to this....I was under 15st for feck sake! But I guess after all this time I needed a wee break. It just pains me to see some of the newer members in my group loose all this weight, and I'm putting it all back on...not that I'm not happy for them....I'm just angry at myself.

Training for the Kiltwalk is well and truly on. Did 9 miles yesterday....my poor feeties were really sore afterwards, but hey, 2 weeks from now, I will have done nearly 3 times as much in one go. So I'm not going to ruin all this fitness with gaining more weight.....plus, whatever I loose in the next 2 weeks....I don't have to carry 26miles lol.

Had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, Batchelors Supernoodles and a baked potato for lunch and pasta with cheese for my dinner....and not to forget some tablet I 'needed' to buy for charity....

I hate weekends

AM weight: 16st 6lb

Breakfast: Fruit & Alpen Light
Lunch: Tony Roma's
Dinner: 1/4 Lovely Fritatta
Snacks: Fruit

What a week....work was absolutely crazy. Non stop all week...my brain still hurts. When I came home last night I should have really went to spinning, but opened a bottle of wine instead. It was lovely....all 3 glasses of it lol....

Went spinning this morning and then me and Mr. B went out to Livi for some retail therapy and decided to go for lunch at Tony Roma's. Did I take the healthy option of Pasta Arrabiata? Of course not....Went right for the burger lol....I really piss myself off sometimes....why can't I just stick to it?  I managed to count every little syn for the last two weeks, but this week is just out of control. Not syn wise really, but I'm so busy at work and also pms'ing....all I want to do is comfort eat. I need a kick up the bum. Hubby is no real help, he's just as weak as me when it's about food. And MIL is just not listening at all. I told her 2 weeks ago not to bring us anything anymore....come wednesday, of course she brings us something, and yesterday FIL stopped by, with a pack of wagonweels....WTF? I could scream!!!

Anyway, will finish that bottle of wine now.

WI day

AM weight: 16st 5lb

Breakfast: Porridge w. apples and cinamon
Lunch: 2 sl of WW bread w. spread
Dinner: Pasta w. cheese
Snacks: fruit

Went to spinning last night, which was good. Was a huge class, but non the less a great workout. Really enjoyed it.

Work was busy as ever....one meeting after the other....the good thing about this is that I don't think about food as much. When I sit behind my desk all I want to do is eat and I think about food constantly. As soon as my routine changes at work, ie meetings, I'm fine....strange thing that eh?

Just back from my weigh in....stayed the same...16st 10lb. Quiet dissappointed about this really, but then again I had pizza on Saturday....and some more nibbles on Sunday....maybe just a few too many. But anyway, I'm on track, and at least it wasn't a gain. So hopefully next week I should be ok again (if MIL stops bringing cakes that is lol)

Eggs & Pasta

Dinner: Batchelors Supernoodles
Snacks: Lots of fruit

Yesterday has been a good day. I've been on plan. Got home from work and my lovely hubby left the box of chocolate on the table....the b*st*rd. Completely threw me and I picked two of the lovely seashells. However I then thought better of it and hid the box in it's usual place. Then continued to make myself a wee bowl of Batchelors Super Noodles and settled down in front of the computer.

Decided to go to the gym early and did 45mins in the gym before doing an hour of BodyCombat which was fab. However I probably shouldn't have had the supernoodles as I was feeling very heavy with all the jumping about. So I might reassess if I have any noodles when I get home later. My lunch is massive, so it will probably last me all day, as I'm nibbling on it all the time.

Usually I would go to Circuits on a Tuesday, however since I'm in love with spinning at the moment, I will make the treck to another gym and spin there. Yeh, I'm sad....

Oh, when I came home last night, Mr. B was nibbling on pretzels and hoolahoops....and I wasn't even tempted....yeah me!
