What a week....work was absolutely crazy. Non stop all week...my brain still hurts. When I came home last night I should have really went to spinning, but opened a bottle of wine instead. It was lovely....all 3 glasses of it lol....
Went spinning this morning and then me and Mr. B went out to Livi for some retail therapy and decided to go for lunch at Tony Roma's. Did I take the healthy option of Pasta Arrabiata? Of course not....Went right for the burger lol....I really piss myself off sometimes....why can't I just stick to it? I managed to count every little syn for the last two weeks, but this week is just out of control. Not syn wise really, but I'm so busy at work and also pms'ing....all I want to do is comfort eat. I need a kick up the bum. Hubby is no real help, he's just as weak as me when it's about food. And MIL is just not listening at all. I told her 2 weeks ago not to bring us anything anymore....come wednesday, of course she brings us something, and yesterday FIL stopped by, with a pack of wagonweels....WTF? I could scream!!!
Anyway, will finish that bottle of wine now.

WI day
AM weight: 16st 5lb
Breakfast: Porridge w. apples and cinamon
Lunch: 2 sl of WW bread w. spread
Dinner: Pasta w. cheese
Snacks: fruit
Went to spinning last night, which was good. Was a huge class, but non the less a great workout. Really enjoyed it.
Work was busy as ever....one meeting after the other....the good thing about this is that I don't think about food as much. When I sit behind my desk all I want to do is eat and I think about food constantly. As soon as my routine changes at work, ie meetings, I'm fine....strange thing that eh?
Just back from my weigh in....stayed the same...16st 10lb. Quiet dissappointed about this really, but then again I had pizza on Saturday....and some more nibbles on Sunday....maybe just a few too many. But anyway, I'm on track, and at least it wasn't a gain. So hopefully next week I should be ok again (if MIL stops bringing cakes that is lol)

Eggs & Pasta
AM weight: 16st 5.5lb
Breakfast: Fruit & Yoghurt
Lunch: Lovely Fritatta
Dinner: Batchelors Supernoodles
Snacks: Lots of fruit
Yesterday has been a good day. I've been on plan. Got home from work and my lovely hubby left the box of chocolate on the table....the b*st*rd. Completely threw me and I picked two of the lovely seashells. However I then thought better of it and hid the box in it's usual place. Then continued to make myself a wee bowl of Batchelors Super Noodles and settled down in front of the computer.
Decided to go to the gym early and did 45mins in the gym before doing an hour of BodyCombat which was fab. However I probably shouldn't have had the supernoodles as I was feeling very heavy with all the jumping about. So I might reassess if I have any noodles when I get home later. My lunch is massive, so it will probably last me all day, as I'm nibbling on it all the time.
Usually I would go to Circuits on a Tuesday, however since I'm in love with spinning at the moment, I will make the treck to another gym and spin there. Yeh, I'm sad....
Oh, when I came home last night, Mr. B was nibbling on pretzels and hoolahoops....and I wasn't even tempted....yeah me!

New year new start....ahum...with a slight delay
AM weight: 16st 5lb
Breakfast: Fruit w. Yoghurt
Lunch: 1/2 Lovely Fritatta
Dinner: tba
Snacks: Apples, Grapes
Ok, yes, I admit it....my beginning of the year was less than ideal weight wise. I just couldn't seem to lose any weight. So frustrating. Kept fighting against my own body and my sanity to be honest. Anyway, finally made an appointement with the doctor to have my blood tested again and my meds changed and presto, in the last couple of weeks my thyroids are back in business and so am I .
Whats been happening? Well, I've been back to the gym and talked my lovely hubby into joining as well. I've even managed to drag him to a few classes, which he enjoys strangely enough lol. But it's good that he's going. It gives me a kick in the bum when I'm feeling like I don't want to go. I'm back to a tough regime:
Monday: Body Combat
Tuesday: Gym (or Circuits, depending on how I feel)
Friday: Zumba and Spinning
Saturday: Gym
Sunday: Spinning
I sooo enjoy the spinning classes. Eventho my behind hurts like hell during the second session, I love it!
SW wise I've been back on track as well. Decided it's enough faffing about. I'm back to basics. Writing every single thing down. Cause lets be honest....I'm only cheating myself if I don't write it down. And last week I had a loss of 1 1/2 lb loss and I'm hoping for the same and more this week.
I've also opened a group on Facebook together with my consultant. I will post a link to this blog there, which should give me an extra kick in the backside to update this blog more often *waves at the girls that found their way here* and keep me on the straight and narrow.
Tales of the unexpected:
Hubby took me to DiMaggio's this weekend. Did I do the sensible thing and order Pasta? Ha! Had a Pizza...which was absolutely deslish.....but went over my syns slightly....Been a good girl the rest of the week tho, so hopefully I don't take a too big hit on the scales on Wednesday.
