I thought I post a picture of my (nearly) daily breakfast. It usually contains 1/2 box of strawberries, 1 banana, 1/2 box of pineapple chunks and some frozen cherries. Depending on season I vary these fruits a bit, adding rasberrys, plums, apples, melon etc. I usually top it with a Muller Light or other FF yoghurt. It's very filling, syn free and very healthy to start your day with.
