Monday Monday

AM weight: 15st 7lb
PM weight pre gym/pre dinner: 15st 9 3/4lb
PM weight post gym/dinner/zumba: 15s 8lb

Another freeeezing morning in Scotland, -1 when I got in the car....brrrrr. Time to get the winter jackets out. Gotta chase Mr. Beaver to go up in the loft. He won't be impressed lol.

Had my fruity breakfast and having a baked potato with philadelphia and 1/4 smoked sausage for my lunch. Will go to the gym after work and then probably to Zumba later on tonight. Haven't sorted dinner yet, might make some tomato soup, or alternatively just have some pasta with cheese.

Feeling a lot more awake than I did yesterday. But we went to bed at 9.30 last night, that certainly helped.

Tales of the unexpected

Well of course nothing ever goes as I plan it in the mornings! During the afternoon I got quiet hungry, so I decided to not go to the gym directly after work, but go home and make some food instead and go to the gym later. I made some pasta with cheese and egg, which was moorish as usual. Called MIL and told her I wouldn't be going to Zumba that night. Instead went to the gym, planning on doing Body Attack and Body Combat.

Unfortunately Body Attack was already full, so I went to the gym for an hour and then joined Body Combat, which was absolutely amazing. Hard, fast workout, making me sweat like mad. Just some of these girls in there were a bit nuts....wtf is all the shouting about? Just a tad overexited lol.
